Privacy Policy

SfanxTeam (“SfanxTeam”, “we”, “us”) develops and publishes premium mobile games distributed through the Amazon Appstore. This Privacy Policy explains what information our games and website (sfanxteam.com) process, and — just as importantly — what they do not. It applies to all games listed on this site.

Information we process

1. Information you provide to us

You can play our games without giving us any personal information. We only receive personal data if you choose to contact us — for example by emailing Support@sfanxteam.com. In that case we receive your email address and the content of your message, and we use them only to respond to you. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not use your message for advertising.

2. Information stored on your device

To let you keep playing where you left off, our games save data such as your progress, unlocked content and settings locally on your device. This information stays on your device (and in any device backup you have enabled with Amazon, Google or your operating system). SfanxTeam cannot read it and it is not transmitted to us.

3. Purchases

Our games are a one-time purchase. All payments are processed by the Amazon Appstore, not by SfanxTeam. We never see or store your name, address, card number or other payment details. Amazon may provide us with aggregated, non-identifying sales and performance statistics (for example, the number of downloads in a country). The handling of your purchase is governed by Amazon’s Privacy Notice and terms.

4. Platform and engine data

Like most apps, our games run on top of an app store and a game engine that may process limited technical information (such as a device model, operating-system version, coarse region, or crash diagnostics) to deliver, secure and stabilise the app. This processing is carried out by those providers under their own privacy policies, not by SfanxTeam, and is not used by us to identify you:

• Amazon Appstore — distribution, licensing and payments — see Amazon Privacy Notice.
• Game engine & operating system — may collect anonymous crash or performance diagnostics that help us fix bugs. This data is technical and does not identify you.

5. No advertising and no tracking

Our games contain no third-party advertising SDKs, no behavioural tracking and no advertising identifiers used by us. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles.

6. Data retention

Because we do not collect personal data through the games, there is nothing for us to retain. Game data you create is kept on your device until you delete the game or clear its data. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

7. Security

We keep the personal data we do handle (essentially, emails you send us) protected with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but because our games do not transmit personal data, your exposure is minimal by design.

Children & families

Our games are family-friendly and designed to be safe for children. We take children’s privacy seriously and comply with the principles of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR provisions on children’s data.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children of any age.
• There is no advertising, no behavioural profiling and no third-party ad networks.
• There are no additional in-app purchases and no gambling or loot-box mechanics — the game is a single one-time purchase.
• There are no social features, chat, or outbound links inside the gameplay that would let a child share personal information.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us at Support@sfanxteam.com and we will delete it promptly.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of games published by SfanxTeam and of the website sfanxteam.com. By downloading, installing or using one of our games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the games.

1. Licence

Subject to these Terms and to your purchase through the Amazon Appstore, SfanxTeam grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

2. Things you agree not to do

• Copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or publicly perform the game except as allowed by the Amazon Appstore terms;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the game, or attempt to extract its source code or assets, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• Modify, create derivative works of, or circumvent any technical protection or licence check;
• Use cheats, automation, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt other players or our systems;
• Use the game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

3. Purchases, pricing and refunds

Our games are sold as a one-time purchase through the Amazon Appstore. All transactions, billing, taxes and refunds are handled by Amazon under the Amazon Appstore Terms of Use. Any refund request must be made to Amazon in accordance with their policy. Prices may vary by region and may change over time.

4. Intellectual property

The games and all related content — including code, artwork, characters, models, audio, text and the SfanxTeam name and logo — are owned by SfanxTeam or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The one-time purchase grants you a licence to play the game; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the games will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SfanxTeam will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the games. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

7. Termination

This licence lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the game. On termination you must stop using and delete the game. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at SfanxTeam’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory local law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page and post the revised version here. Your continued use of the games after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

GDPR & your rights

This section applies to users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and reflects our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws.

The data controller for any personal data described in this policy is SfanxTeam. You can reach us at Support@sfanxteam.com for any privacy request.

What personal data we process, and why

As explained above, our games do not require an account and do not collect personal data. The only personal data we process is:

• Email correspondence — if you write to us. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
• Provision of the game — performing the purchase you made. This is handled by Amazon on the basis of your contract with them (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Anonymous technical diagnostics — where a store or engine provides crash or stability data to keep the app working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, stable product (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to: request access to your personal data; request rectification of inaccurate data; request erasure (“right to be forgotten”); request restriction of processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. Because we hold almost no personal data about you, most requests will simply confirm that we have nothing on file beyond any email you have sent us.

How to exercise them & complaints

To exercise any right, email Support@sfanxteam.com. We respond within the timeframes required by law (normally one month). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

International transfers

Our platform providers (such as the Amazon Appstore) may process limited data on servers outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where they do, they rely on legally recognised safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. SfanxTeam itself does not export your personal data.
